We are looking forward to hosting an enchanting and memorable evening for our sponsors and guests during our first annual Denim & Diamonds Semi-Formal Gala. This is an excellent opportunity to take advantage of our wonderful sponsorship packages and leave a lasting legacy as having made a positive impact on our intellectually and developmentally disabled students. We will begin the evening with drinks and live music during our social hour as guests browse, enjoy apetizers, and bid on valuable silent auction items. At 7:00 pm guests will be escorted to their tables to begin dining. The CEO, Crystal Higbee, will briefly say a few words and introduce our sheriff, Grady Judd, who will share a message. This will  formally open the evening. During dinner guests will choose from Pan-Seared Duck Breast with a Balsamic-Raspberry Reduction atop of Roasted Garlic MashedPotatoes and Char-grilled Asparagus or Roasted Pork Tenderloin Medallions

Pork Tenderloin Medallions Roasted with a Mix of Wild Mushrooms Served with a Wild Mushroom Au Jus, Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Char-Grilled Asparagus . The winners of the raffle and silent auction will be announced during dessert. The guests will be treated to a denim and diamond fashion walk to close the evening.
